1. Agreement and eligibility
By using EVeryBet, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to access sports-wagering information where you are located. You are responsible for following local law and each operator's eligibility, identity, location, funding, and wagering rules. Do not bypass location controls or other legal restrictions.
As of October 3, 2026, Nebraska does not authorize online or mobile sports wagering. Nebraska sports wagers must be placed in person at an approved sportsbook window or kiosk within a licensed racetrack enclosure. Do not use an external link to attempt a wager or entry prohibited where you are located. Fantasy, sweepstakes, exchange, and prediction products may be treated differently by law; listing a product does not determine its legality or availability.
2. Information service only
EVeryBet is an independent information and calculation tool. It does not accept, place, route, transmit, submit, settle, or pay wagers or entries; create or send an operator-ready bet slip; open, fund, or manage operator accounts; determine a user's legal eligibility; hold deposits or wagering funds; set sportsbook lines; or act as a sportsbook, bookmaker, broker, investment adviser, or fiduciary.
Odds, expected value, model-estimated probability, illustrative stake, arbitrage, middle, and parlay results are general estimates based on available inputs. They are not guarantees or individualized financial or wagering recommendations. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Before acting, verify the exact event, participant, market, line, price, limits, eligibility, and settlement rules with the operator.
Saving or copying a selection, illustrative stake, result, bankroll value, or parlay comparison in EVeryBet creates a personal reference or tracking record only. EVeryBet does not send that information to an operator, and the record does not confirm that an operator accepted, rejected, graded, canceled, voided, or settled anything.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- Tell EVeryBet promptly if you believe your EVeryBet account has been accessed without permission.
- Do not use another person's account, impersonate another person, or create accounts to evade a restriction.
- Account features may store favorites, hidden bets, tracked wagers, bankroll settings, and related preferences. These records are for organization and are not an independent confirmation that a wager was accepted or settled.
4. Membership and automatic renewal
New membership sales are currently disabled. If sales are activated, the checkout disclosure is: $19.00 USD per month, plus applicable tax. The membership renews automatically each month until canceled. Cancel future renewals from Manage membership before the next renewal date shown by Stripe. Canceling does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Refunds are provided where required by law or expressly offered at checkout.
A membership purchases access to EVeryBet information and analytics only. It is not a wager, entry, deposit, operator account, payment to an operator, or share of wagering proceeds.
Before any checkout, EVeryBet must show the recurring price and ask for express authorization. The amount and renewal period shown immediately before purchase control if they differ from general marketing copy. Stripe processes payment and displays the next renewal date in its checkout or billing portal.
An active member can stop future renewals through Manage membership. Cancel before the renewal date shown in the billing portal. Cancellation does not itself reverse a charge already completed. Refunds are provided where required by law or where EVeryBet expressly offers one at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right.
5. Third-party operators and links
Sportsbooks, fantasy operators, exchanges, prediction markets, payment providers, identity providers, and data providers are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. EVeryBet does not control whether they accept, limit, cancel, grade, or pay a wager or entry. An outbound link does not mean EVeryBet endorses an operator or that the operator is lawful or available in your location.
Operator buttons open a configured public third-party site or product page and do not carry an EVeryBet selection or stake. Clicking a link does not create an account, submit a wager or entry, or establish that the product is lawful where you are. The operator alone controls its identity and location checks, eligibility, current offers, account terms, acceptance, and settlement.
Operator links are provided for navigation. EVeryBet does not currently use compensated operator links. A paid or affiliate relationship must be disclosed beside the affected link before it is activated, and compensation may not change displayed odds or model calculations.
All operator, league, team, and product names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and compare services. No sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement is implied.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
EVeryBet's software, design, and human-authored or otherwise protectable elements are protected only to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law. Factual scores and odds may come from licensed or public sources and remain subject to provider terms.
You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service; probe or bypass security; use automated access that burdens the service; copy or redistribute a substantial portion of the interface or data; resell the data as a feed; remove ownership notices; or use the service to violate another party's rights or terms.
7. Availability, changes, and suspension
Features and coverage may change, pause, or end. EVeryBet may restrict access to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent allowed by law.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EVeryBet is provided “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made that data is complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular decision. You remain responsible for every wagering decision and any resulting loss.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EVeryBet and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party data, links, operator actions, unavailable markets, rejected wagers, different settlement rules, or reliance on a model estimate. Applicable law may give you rights that cannot be excluded, and those rights remain in effect.
