Set limits before you start

  • Use only money you can afford to lose after essential expenses and savings.
  • Set deposit, wager, loss, and time limits with the operator before placing a wager.
  • Do not chase a loss, borrow to gamble, or increase stakes to recover money.
  • Do not gamble while impaired, distressed, angry, or under pressure from another person.
  • Track total deposits, withdrawals, and losses across every operator, not just one account.
  • Take regular breaks. If it stops feeling optional or affordable, stop and seek support.

Warning signs

  • Thinking about gambling most of the day or hiding it from people you trust.
  • Missing bills, work, school, sleep, or relationships because of gambling.
  • Trying repeatedly and unsuccessfully to cut back.
  • Feeling that a model, streak, promotion, or “lock” makes a loss impossible.
  • Using new accounts, credit, loans, or essential funds to keep wagering.

Operator controls and self-exclusion

Sportsbooks and fantasy operators may provide deposit limits, time-outs, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. State regulators may also offer self-exclusion that covers multiple licensed operators. Use the controls offered where you live and check the state resource link above.

EVeryBet cannot close, freeze, or self-exclude you from a third-party operator account. Contact that operator or your state program directly. Removing EVeryBet does not close an operator account.

Age and location

Use EVeryBet only if you are at least 21 and sports-wagering information is lawful where you are located. Each operator may apply a different legal age, permitted-product list, identity check, and location rule. Never bypass those controls.

As of October 3, 2026, Nebraska does not authorize online or mobile sports wagering. Nebraska sports wagers must be placed in person at an approved sportsbook window or kiosk within a licensed racetrack enclosure. Product availability on a website or in an app store does not establish that it is lawful in your location.
