Privacy Policy

EVeryBet LLC is the service operator and controls the personal information described here. Stripe, identity providers, and wagering operators separately control information you give directly to them.

• Account and identity: name, email address, profile image, verification status, account identifiers, sign-in provider, password hash for email/password accounts, and the version and time of your Terms, Privacy, and age affirmation.
• Session and security: session tokens, IP address, user agent, authentication tokens when needed for a connected sign-in method, timestamps, and security events.
• Saved betting information: favorite teams and players, hidden-bet labels, tracked wagers, selections, odds, stakes, results, bankroll, unit size, filters, and app preferences.
• Membership: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, membership status, renewal period, checkout identifier, and the version and time of recurring-billing consent. Stripe receives payment-card details; EVeryBet does not store the full card number.
• Requests and communications: privacy-request type, the details you submit, request status, reference number, response or resolution notes, and related correspondence.
• Device storage: authentication cookies and browser storage used for sessions, appearance, filters, saved settings, and a local copy of account or guest preferences.
• Operational records: request timestamps, IP address, user agent, referrer or origin, errors, and security events that hosting, app-builder, authentication, database, or payment systems generate while providing the service. EVeryBet's application code does not currently add behavioral-advertising analytics or record which operator links you open.

Information comes from you, your browser or device, sign-in providers, Stripe, and service providers. EVeryBet uses it to create and secure accounts; sync saved settings; display and grade tracked wagers; provide memberships; prevent abuse; diagnose failures; comply with law; and improve reliability and usability.

Odds and market information come from data providers and operators. EVeryBet uses those facts to display comparisons and calculate model estimates; it does not use your tracked wagers to change the market odds shown to other users.

Personal information may be disclosed to vendors that provide hosting, app-builder or preview integration, databases, authentication, security, payment processing, customer support, and technical operations. Current features may involve Vercel or the deployment host, Neon or another configured database provider, Stripe, configured identity providers, and the Grok/xAI app-builder extension loaded by the platform. A vendor may receive request data such as IP address, user agent, origin, and referrer and may process it under its own terms and EVeryBet's service arrangements.

When you open a sportsbook, fantasy app, exchange, prediction market, or another third-party link, that third party receives information from your browser such as your IP address and device or request information. EVeryBet's operator buttons currently use configured public operator addresses and do not deliberately include a selected wager, stake, or affiliate identifier. The third party's own privacy policy applies after you leave EVeryBet.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service subject to appropriate notice and legal safeguards.

EVeryBet is not currently configured to sell personal information for money or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because that activity is not currently performed, Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Track” signals do not change the service's behavior. This policy must be updated, and legally required controls added, before those practices change.

Operator links are navigation links. EVeryBet does not currently use compensated operator links, append referral tracking, or record which operator link you open in its application code. Before any paid or affiliate link is activated, it must be labeled beside the link and this policy must be updated if referral tracking changes the information handled. The linked operator's privacy practices apply after you leave EVeryBet.

EVeryBet keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the account or membership, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and enforce agreements. Privacy-request records and resolution notes are retained while a request is open and afterward only as reasonably needed to document compliance, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Different records may have different retention periods. Browser-stored data remains until you clear it or the app replaces it.

You may request access, correction, a portable copy, or deletion of personal information with the signed-in request form below. EVeryBet may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where law, fraud prevention, accounting, chargeback handling, or legal claims require it. Deleting an EVeryBet account does not delete an account held by a sportsbook, identity provider, or Stripe.

Depending on your state and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, delete information, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, and appeal a denied request. EVeryBet will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Do not include a password, government ID, or full payment-card number unless a secure verification process specifically asks for it.

EVeryBet uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

EVeryBet is intended only for people age 21 or older. It is not directed to children, and the operator does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe an underage person created an account, use the contact method below.

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Where applicable law requires a new consent, EVeryBet will add and use an appropriate consent process before the affected practice begins. Signed-in users can submit a request below. If you cannot sign in, legendplayer6@icloud.com.

This policy describes the current code and intended U.S. operation. It will be updated whenever vendors, tracking, data uses, or business practices materially change, and additional disclosures may apply before EVeryBet is offered in another jurisdiction.
